After a hectic weekend of celebrations top of my list was writing to you to thank you for the incredible job you and your team did at our wedding reception. Everything ran like clockwork, the food was delicious and your staff were hardworking, efficient and utterly charming. You're so good at your job and the passion you have for it shines through in every little detail from the set up, the food prep, presentation and break down after the event. 

 

We had so many compliments re the food but also about what a great guy you are and I know of at least two people with events coming up who will use you and many more who asked for your details.We have our supper club starting on September 2nd and would love to work with you on our dinners as I feel we would work well together.
